📦 Order Processing & Shipping Policy
Processing Time
Please allow 7–10 business days for your order to be processed.
Orders placed after 4 PM CST will be processed the next business day. Orders submitted on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the following business day.
Shipping Time
Once processed, orders typically ship via USPS and arrive within 5–7 business days. Delivery time is estimated from the date your order is shipped.
Note: We currently do not offer international shipping.
🧾 Shipping Details & Responsibility
We ship to both street addresses and PO Boxes within the U.S. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — Tress Organix is not responsible for deliveries to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If you've made a mistake on your order, email us immediately at tressorganix@gmail.com.
Once an order is shipped, it is the customer’s responsibility to contact the carrier directly to intercept or resolve any address issues.
🚚 Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
You can monitor your delivery using the tracking link provided or by visiting the USPS website directly.
📦 Lost or Stolen Packages
Tress Organix LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have been confirmed delivered by the carrier. If your tracking confirms delivery, please contact USPS directly to investigate. We’ll provide delivery confirmation, tracking details, and the carrier information upon request.
💔 Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or appears incorrect, please contact us at tressorganix@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order. We’ll review your concern and do our best to make it right.

Return Guidelines:

Return all unused products within 10 business days of receipt.

Shipping costs for returns are the customer’s responsibility.
We do not refund original shipping and handling charges.
We do not accept C.O.D. (Cash on Delivery) returns.

We work hard to keep all items in stock. In the rare case an item is unavailable:
